Acupuncture Treatments
In addition to acupuncture, treatments may include tuina massage, cupping, gua sha (scraping therapy), electrostim-acupuncture, lifestyle and self care recommendations as well as TCM food therapy.
Payment
There is no HST charged on acupuncture treatments. Payment is due at time of service. We accept payment by e-transfer, debit and credit cards. A receipt will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Short notice cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice before their scheduled appointment time will be charged a Short-Notice Cancellation Fee, if the time slot does not rebook. You will be charged 75% of the treatment cost. Please note that unexpected work commitments do not constitute emergencies.
Missed Appointments
No-shows will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee. If part of the time-slot rebooks, the fee will be reduced accordingly.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time and will be charged the full cost of a regular visit.
